Cheltenham Cricket Club offers competitive and social cricket for all ages in the beautiful Spa Town in Gloucestershire. The club competes at the highest level in the West and has an impressive record for both mens and junior cricket. If you are a keen player or a passionate supporter, you will be welcomed at Cheltenham Cricket Club.

We have 3 senior teams playing competitive cricket on Saturdays, along with friendly and cup fixtures on Sundays and midweek. Our successful junior cricket section has U11, U13, U15 and U17 teams all with regular fixtures.

Six Nations Rugby at The Vic

Once again, we will be opening the clubhouse to welcome all members and guests to feast their eyes on England’s six nations campaign.

AGM 2012

The Club will hold its AGM at the clubhouse on 6th February 2012. 6.30pm prompt.

Winter Nets Announced

Winter nets have been booked as follows:-

Juniors : 8 Friday evenings, 6pm-9pm, start 9th March, end 27th April 2012

Seniors: 8 Thursday evenings: 6.30-7.30pm 16th & 23rd Feb & 1st Mar, then 5 Thursday evenings 7.30-9.30pm

Evans Rewarded

Lloyd Evans’ remarkable progress continues. Already one of the youngest players ever to represent Cheltenham at First XI level, Lloyd has also recorded significant successes with the Gloucestershire 2nd XI. Following similarly impressive performances at the famous Bunbury Festival, a place with the England U16 Development Squad has been Lloyd’s well-deserved reward.

OSCA For Geoff

The one and only Geoff Trett has been awarded OSCA recognition by the GCB for his hard work and dedication in cricket. Geoff will now join with all other winners on a trip to Lord’s for the National OSCA event on 17th October. Good Luck Geoff!!  Full report from GCB here.

Awards Night Surprise for Harry

Gloucestershire CCC’s Annual Presentation Night on 21st September included an award for Cheltenham’s own Harry Arthur, picking up the Most Improved Player Award for Gloucestershire’s Under 14 Squad. A full report is available on the GCCC website, which can be viewed here

Victoria Ground To Host County

Monday 22nd sees the first day of a three-day encounter between Gloucestershire 2nds and MCC Young Cricketers. Entry is free, so why not pop along to check out the future stars of the game?!

Beer & Wine Festival 2011

This year promises to be the best ever! The popularity of this event means tickets are as always keenly sought-after.
