On Friday 7th November, the annual Cheltenham Cricket Club's Fairview Fireworks Party returns: hosting not one, but two displays (one without loud bangs, they will still bang a bit!!).
Food, Bar, and live music all onsite for everyone to enjoy.
Entry From… 5.00pm
Silent Fireworks (No Bangs) … 6.00pm
Main Fireworks Display… 7.00pm
Adult Ticket (16 Years + Must Purchase a Ticket) £10
Accompanied children free (max 4 – u16) max 2 children per Adult
You must NOT bring glass bottles, sparklers, fireworks, food or alcohol into the cricket club grounds. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave. No parking at the cricket club.

Important – Please read carefully before attending the Event.
These Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Conditions”) apply to all persons attending the Cheltenham Cricket Club Fairview Fireworks Party 2025 (“the Event”). These Conditions are issued by Cheltenham Cricket Club (“the Club”, “Operator”, “we” or “us”).
By purchasing a ticket or entering the grounds, you (“Attendee” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Conditions. This forms a legally binding contract between you and the Operator.
Entry is at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the Event in accordance with these Conditions.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Proof of age may be required.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstances set out in Section 12 (Event Cancellation).
Exposure to loud fireworks and music may damage hearing. Please take appropriate precautions.

1. EFFECT OF THESE CONDITIONS AND VARIATIONS
1.1 Entry to the Club grounds for the Event is strictly subject to these Conditions.
1.2 We reserve the right to amend or update these Conditions where necessary. Any changes will be published on our website or displayed at the venue.
2. TICKETS AND ADMISSION
2.1 Tickets must be purchased via our authorised website or official partners. Tickets obtained through unauthorised sources may be void.
2.2 Tickets are valid only for the date of the Event. Re-sale without our consent may result in refusal of entry.
2.3 Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 21+ or parent/guardian). A maximum of 2 children per adult is permitted.
3. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
3.1 We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. Replacement is at our discretion and may incur an administration fee.
4. ACCESS AND ENTRY
4.1 Entry does not guarantee access to all areas of the grounds. For safety reasons, some areas may be restricted.
4.2 Searches of bags and belongings may be conducted. Refusal may result in denied entry.
5. CONDUCT OF ATTENDEES
5.1 We may refuse entry, remove, or ban any person who:
• breaches these Conditions;
• behaves in a disorderly, offensive, abusive, or unsafe manner;
• brings prohibited items onto the grounds.
5.2 Prohibited items include but are not limited to: fireworks, sparklers, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, glass bottles, drones, BBQs, or any item deemed unsafe.
5.3 Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.
6. UNAUTHORISED TRADING, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY
6.1 No unauthorised trading, leaflet distribution, advertising, or charity collections are permitted on site.
7. FOOD AND DRINK
7.1 No alcohol, glass, or picnics may be brought into the grounds.
7.2 Food and drinks will be available to purchase. Reasonable provisions for babies and children under 5 may be brought in.
8. MEDIA COVERAGE AND RECORDING FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES
8.1 Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or security purposes.
8.2 No payment will be due for such use.
9. DOGS AND ANIMALS
9.1 Dogs (except assistance dogs) are not permitted at this Event.
10. LOSS, DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
10.1 Attendance is at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage except as required by law.
10.2 You are responsible for any damage caused by you or children in your care.
11. PARKING
11.1 Parking is at your own risk and subject to the directions of stewards.
11.2 There will not be parking available at The Victoria Ground
12. EVENT CANCELLATION
12.1 The Event may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control.
12.2 If cancelled, neither Bookings or transaction fees are refundable.
12.3 We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
13. PAYMENT TERMS
13.1 Tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
14. EVACUATIONS
14.1 In an emergency, follow steward and official instructions immediately.
15. ENFORCEMENT
15.1 Failure to enforce any of these Conditions does not waive our right to do so later.
16. LAW
16.1 These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
